Through the years I've done my fair share of cooking.
Long ago I realized that the effort required to have a good meal was more often better and less expensive than the cost of eating out and having a so-called restaurant meal. Cooking is easy. Timing is a thought process. It takes so long to do this so long to do that. Because I don't really want to spend to much time on it (work,kids,schedules), the recipes that follow reflect that ease of preparation (in most cases). Many of these can be made in bulk and frozen. Be warned that increasing a recipe's volume is not always a matter of increasing the ingredients.
Almost all recipes that you see on the web are an adaption of another recipes. These are no different. Some are more original than others. You are free to increase or decrease according to taste.
This is a small sample of the meals that have satisfied myself, my family, and others.
