Maria and I played together for about 10 years off and on, doing both covers and originals. This tape was a product of that.

We mostly played parties and other gatherings, the highlight of which was the annual Mariapalooza, held each year at her home in Golden Co. These shows brought together a diverse group of players and styles, from punk to Folk, bluegrass and rock. Likewise I have many hours of video of these events as well as audio. They've been put up as well. Maria moved to Pennsylvania and continues to play there.
